Director for the sub-Saharan countries, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
After twenty years of experience in African countries, since 2017 Giuseppe Mistretta is Director of Sub-Saharan Africa at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. In his previous positions, he served as Ambassador of Italy in Ethiopia from 2014 to 2017 and in Angola from 2009 to 2014.
