General Secretary, Fondazione Bracco and Corporate Social Responsibility Director, Bracco
Born in Milan, Gaela Bernini awarded a PHD in Management Engineering at Politecnico of Milan. She gained a MSc at London School of Economics where she focused on institutional economics.
She is currently working at Bracco Foundation as General Secretary. In 2019 she has been appointed as Corporate Social Responsibility Director.
She was head of International Projects at Fondazione Milano per Expo 2015 and previously she worked as Researcher at INSEAD, Fontainebleau and at Università Campus Bio Medico di Roma as head of the Executive Education.
Gaela Bernini has conceived and managed programmes dedicated to human development, scientific research and women empowerment and gender equality.
She is author of articles and book chapters about Philanthropy and Management. She has a passion for Science and its diffusion in the Society.
Gaela is married and mother of two boys.
