Owner and purpose of the treatment
Information pursuant to art. 13-14 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2016/679
As Data Controller, Comunità San Patrignano Social Cooperative Society informs that the personal data collected are processed for the registration, statistical processing and newsletter subscription, sending and promoting events, information and promotional material for awareness-raising initiatives and fundraising activities in favour of Comunità San Patrignano Social Cooperative Society. Data processing is carried out using methods, including automated oness (software programmes for the management of contact data), strictly necessary for these purposes. The conferment of data is optional, but it is used to carry out the above-mentioned service.
Exclusively for purposes related to the organisation and conduct of the Sustainable Economy Forum, the data will be communicated to Confindustria, a Partner of the Forum, which, as an autonomous data controller, will process them using mainly electronic instruments and will keep them for no more than 1 (one) month from the date of the Forum. Such communication is based on the legitimate interest of Confindustria to know the interested parties who participate in the Forum; therefore, according to art. 6, par. 1, letter f) of the GDPR, it does not require the consent of the interested party. In any case, the data subject has acknowledged the right to object, at any time, to sharing his/her personal data with Confindustria. Moreover, subject to the specific consent of the data subject, Confindustria will disclose the data (name, surname, e-mail, membership organisation, role and region) to IlSole24Ore S.p.A., Sponsor of the Forum so that, as autonomous owner, it may use them for promotional and commercial purposes and the direct offer of its products or services. Please note that the data subject has the right to withdraw consent to such processing at any time. This shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. Except for communication to Confindustria and, in the cases expressly consented to, to IlSole24Ore S.p.A., the data will not be transferred to third parties.
You may exercise your rights under Art. 15 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (access to data, obtain rectification, cancellation or restriction of processing, object to processing, right to data portability, revoke consent, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority-Privacy Guarantor) by writing to Comunità San Patrignano Social Cooperative Society – Via San Patrignano, 53 – 47853 Coriano (RN), email adress: presidenza@sanpatrignano.org or to the Data Processor (Nicola Cecchi) at the following email address: sistemi_informativi@sanpatrignano.org.
Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to pursue the purposes detailed in this informative note or for the time required by law in administrative, accounting and fiscal matters and in any case no longer than 10 years from collection.
